Make Android look like Windows Metro UI 
Required programs for Android phone to change the style.
1. Desktop vizualiser - to create icons with different sizes. You can also control the distance between the icons, change their size, color, visibility of labels etc.
2. Dvrsizeconfigtool - this plugin is used to make icons of different sizes
3. LauncherPro - This completely changed the look of your phone. This orprogram is like Go luncher, but works smoother and is more stable. Highly recommended. It also allows to hide the taskbar.
4. Advanced clock widget
Using these three apps you can change your desktop style to this.

Can't login to my google account in android after changing my password.
This is most probably related to the two steps verification in gmail. You activated this service to make your account safer. Thus, you have to give any other device or software a special code to allow connecting to google account.
To get an application specific password go here
https://www.google.com/accounts/IssuedAuthSubTokens
Just add a new app or device and get the new code. Copy the code and past it instead of you gmail password when asked in you android phone.
This new password will not stored anywhere. So, if you loose it, just create another password by repeating all above-mentioned steps.
